Refurbishment consists of re-assembling and replacing components to restore your old equipment as close as possible to its original state.
Typically, a refurbishment will address every component of a machine: from cosmetics and operator comforts to mechanical and electrical components. The goal is to help the customer by producing equipment that is as close to the original as possible.
MachMan has executed various refurbishments for our clients. Equipment that has been decommissioned, even for years, was brought back into production competitively, compared to newly purchased equipment and machines. Modernisation of electronics can be done to ensure increased operator productivity in cases where the technology on machines might be outdated.
Refurbishments are done in the MachMan workshop. We have an extensive workshop for parts manufacture in Lansdowne, Cape Town. Refurbishing and testing in our workshop usually reduces costs and turn-around time of these projects.
