• Tube-feeding, mark-identification for registration, filling, hot air sealing, and cooling by chilled water, code printing trimming, and ejecting out the tube, conducted by a fully automatic control system.
• Tube blowing and feeding are conducted pneumatically, accurately, and reliably.
• Auto registration affected by photoelectric sensors.
• The material’s contact parts are made using 316L stainless steel, clean, sanitary, and conforming to GMP for medicine manufacture.
• With safety device, the machine is shut down when the door is open.
• Equipped with a ‘no-tube no-fill’ system.
