Applications

Various capping heads are changeable for screw-capping, press-capping, or Aluminium-capping. This machine is ideally suited to be fitted to an inline production system and can be easily integrated. The machine is very versatile and can be fitted with many star wheels to accommodate various bottle sizes and shapes. Ideally, this machine will handle your difficult capping needs, and setting up the various bottles will be easy.

• No bottle no cap system
• Different cap feeding systems can be accommodated to suit requirements (the holding force can be regulated), there’s no damage when revolving the caps.
• The torque force can be adjusted when locking different caps.
• There’s cushion setting on the head of the locking cap to further reduce the shattering rate.
• The complete machine has got many self diagnostic system: the machine will automatically stop when there is no bottle to cap, or when there is a out feed conveyor stoppage, damaged bottles can also be detected
• The locking head parts and the star tray can be replacing according to different container or bottle caps, the replacing operation is easy.
