The MMC-2ZD-G1 full-automatic stand-up pouch filling and capping machine is widely used to package liquid, cream ,diary, beverage, detergent, and chemical products, etc.

Machine Description

The MMC-2ZD-G1 full-automatic stand-up pouch filling and capping machine is widely used to package liquid, cream ,diary, beverage, detergent, and chemical products, etc., The machine is composed of stepping and revolving, pouch sending, filling, nitrogen gas filling (as option), cap feeding and cap screwing, fault detecting and pouch exiting. This machine is one of our newest machines in this range off liquid packaging equipment with stainless steel structure and advanced performance and has been equipped with a PLC and MMI.

Main Functions

Pouch Feeding: The pouches will be fed to a pouch-sending rack by an operator. (Each rack can hold 70 pouches) The machine will send the individual pouch to the turntable and stop automatically if no pouch is detected.

Filling System: The filling system is driven by cylinder with volumetric measure. Nitrogen gas can be filled after filling, but the user should have the nitrogen gas generator. The filler will not fill the material without pouch.

Pouch Spout Cleaning: The pouch spout will be cleaning after closing it.

Cap Regulating and Feeding: The caps will be added to the cap feeding device by an operator. (1000 pieces fill capacity.) The cap will be unscrambled by the cap regulating device and fed into the pouch spout. Caps are detected in the time of feeding. The machine will stop running without the caps.

Cap Screwing: The fed caps will be automatically applied. The screwing device controls the screwing strength by permanent magnetic torque control. Pouch exit: The finished pouches will be exited automatically. Air-purifying Cover with safeguard door as optional.

Remarks

A：All the main components and machine surfaces are constructed from 304ss. (wet parts are 316ss) (Except for special parts)

B：The machine is designed according to “CE” standard.

C：The machine can connect a CIP cleaning system. (option)
