The MMC-RGG2T-1G is designed on the basis of this company’s entry-level in-line filling machine with high added extra functionality. The product is simple and convenient in operation, auto error correction, easy machine cleaning, and maintenance.
Machine Description
Widely used for filling various kinds of low viscous fluid in the industries of daily chemicals, foodstuffs, pharmaceutics and oils.
Piston type filler, With two synchronous filling heads, accurate filling volume.
Equipped with German FESTO or Taiwan’s AirTac pneumatic elements and Taiwan’s electrical control parts create a highly stable automation base.
The cylinders and pistons are manufactured from 316L stainless steel and lined with PTFE, It is highly sanitary and complies to all FMCG and HACCP requirements.
Compact design, attractive appearance, convenient installation and adjustments.
Bottom close filling nozzles are used to avoid leakage and post filling drip.
No bottle no fill operation.
