Introduction

It is high technology product which incorporates pneumatic-photo-electro and mechanical components.

This automatic cartoning machine is fully optimized and runs using a series of photo-electro controllers to ensure the machine has stability and guarantees the packing quality. It includes a 1 to 4 fold leaflet automatic folding system, cartons are delivered by vacuum and opened by suction, products and leaflet are inserted into the opened cartons. Batch printing of batch number is also catered for. Sealing and closing options are by hot-glue device or tuck in devices.

The machine can be used as a stand alone or linked with various machines such as Filling Machine, Blister Packing Machine, Shrink Machine, Three Dimensional Packaging Machines, etc. to form a production chain.
